You know it’s summer in Portland when you see tourists carrying paper maps in front of streetcar stops, long lines at Salt & Straw,  women wearing floral dresses with clacking sandals, and men in cotton tank tops.  

Highlights this week: fun heart shaped sunglasses, a black and white patterned blazer among an assortment of colorful and delicate flowers, mustard colored heels, a Egyptian tank top, and a relaxed professional look.
