Crankworx will be returning to Whistler, B.C. for a 10-day celebration that embraces mountain biking.

Organizers of this tour recently announced the Triple Crown of Slopestyle title. This is the ultimate feat that will challenge athletes to win three events throughout the course of the tour. Canada’s Brett Rheeder is expected to take home the Triple Crown of Slopestyle. Crankworx Whistler will also be crowning the first King and Queen of the Crankworx World Tour.

Spectators can also gather together to watch the Red Bull Joy Ride (August 15) and other events with some of the best mountain bikers going up against Whistler’s monster course.

Other events like The Dirt Diaries (August 11), Deep Summer Photo Challenge (August 12) and The Canadian Cheese Rolling Festival (August 15) will pay tribute to the culture of mountain biking.

This year the New Zealand and French festivals will be joining the Cranxwork World Tour.

The Crankworx World Tour is happening August 7-16.
