Man Arrested After Stabbing Two Men in Portland

A man was arrested in Portland after stabbing two men at a party in the area of the Glendoveer Estates Apartments on Monday morning. 

The suspect was located, arrested without incident, and is currently with detectives from the Portland Police Bureau Assault Detective Detail. 

An update will be provided later today with the suspect's name and charges.

The Incident 

On Monday, April 10, at 3:45 a.m., East Precinct officers responded to the Glendoveer Estates Apartments, located at 601 Northeast 162nd Avenue, on the report of a stabbing. 

Officers and medical personnel arrived and located two victims suffering from non-life-threatening injuries. The first victim, a 21-year-old man, was taken by ambulance to a Portland hospital for treatment of a non-life-threatening injury to his ear. The second victim, a 23-year-old man, was also taken by ambulance to a Portland hospital for treatment to a non-life-threatening injury to his forehead. 

Officers learned that a group of people were at a party when the assaults occurred.
