Man Burglarizes Home, Sexually Assaults Woman in Northeast Portland

A stranger broke into a Northeast Irving Street home and physically and sexually assaulted a 65-year-old woman and then stole her car early Monday morning.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic man, 20 to 30 years old, approximately 5'9" tall, tattoos on his chest and arms, goatee, wearing only jeans.
The victim's car is a silver 2012 Toyota Prius with Oregon license plates 9-S-9-5-9-9.
The Incident
On Monday, July 24, at 6:11 a.m., Central Precinct officers responded to a residence in the 1700 block of Northeast Irving Street on the report of a sexual assault.
Officers arrived in the area and contacted the 65-year-old female victim who told police that a stranger broke in to her residence, physically and sexually assaulted her, and stole her car.
