Portland Man Arrested in Shooting Death of 9-Year-Old & Mother

A Portland man was arrested in the May 22 shooting death of a 9-year-old and his mother. 

Naked Brown, 23, of Portland was arrested on Friday and charged with eight counts of attempted aggravated murder, one count of conspiracy to commit aggravated murder, one count of conspiracy to commit murder, two counts of assault in the first degree, one count of burglary in the first degree, five counts of unlawful use of a weapon and one count of felon in possession of a firearm. 

Detectives are still investigating the circumstances leading to the shooting.
