Trail Blazers Select Gonzaga’s Collins at #10 Overall After Trade With Kings

The Blazers got the 10th pick following a trade with the Sacramento Kings that saw Portland give up the number 15 and number 20 overall picks.

Collins played in 39 games for Gonzaga at center, but did not start one of them.
In those games, Collins averaged 10 points and six rebounds per game while shooting 65% from the field and 48 % from three.
Collins helped Gonzaga reach the final four where he averaged 11.5 points, 10 rebounds and 4.5 blocks per game in 18. 5 minutes of action off the bench.
