Harvey Weinstein was found guilty of criminal sexual act in the first degree and rape in the third degree on Monday.

The conviction could send the disgraced movie mogul to jail for up to 25 years.

The jury found him not guilty of the most serious charges against him  — predatory sexual assault — which carries a sentence of up to life in jail.

According to the Washington Post, Weinstein was found not guilty of predatory sexual assault against actress Annabella Sciorra in 1993 or 1994, which was the most severe charge.

Found Guilty

According to the Washington Post, the jury determined that Weinstein forced a sex act on former production assistant Mimi Haleyi in 2006 and raped former actress Jessica Mann in 2013.

The verdicts come after the jury was deadlocked on two of the counts on Friday.

The jury of seven men and five women began deliberations last Tuesday.
