Iraq Executes 36 ISIS Members for Camp Speicher Massacre

Iraq has hung 36 ISIS members who took part in the mass killing of as many as 1,700 Iraqi men in ISIS-controlled territory in 2014 at Camp Speicher, a former US base near Tikrit.
